Risk Disclosure
Important information for investors
Startup investing is highly risky and speculative. You could lose your entire investment.
1. Illiquidity
Investments in private companies are illiquid. You cannot easily sell your shares. Do not invest money you need in the short term.
2. Lack of Control
As a minority shareholder, you will likely have no control over the company's daily decisions or strategic direction.
3. No Guarantees
Most startups fail. Past performance of a founder, sector, or similar companies is no guarantee of future results.
